  1. Here to Reign, Not Aiming to Sell the Business


Earlier, there was news regarding Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL) acquiring Bisleri. However, Ramesh Chauhan has clearly said, he has no plans to sell Bisleri. ET Reported 

"Jayanti will run the company with our professional team and we do not want to sell the business" 


She is determined to take Bisleri to the heights by working with a professional management team that will be led by chief executive Angelo George. JRC plans to take from 2,300 crore in FY23 to 5,000 crore by 2025.
